2. Application of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Every Part Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms apply to both trade and retail customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Product Information & Compatibility

We supply specialist truck and tanker parts compatible with a range of manufacturers.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

• The product ordered is suitable for their intended use

• Specifications and dimensions are checked before purchase

• Compatibility is verified prior to installation

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect parts ordered by the customer.

4. Pricing & VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

VAT will be charged at the applicable UK rate.

We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of order unless a credit account has been agreed.

We accept:

• Other methods displayed at checkout

Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received in cleared funds unless otherwise agreed.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier services

• Customs delays (for export orders)

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

• The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees.

• Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

8. Returns & Refunds

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse returns outside policy terms

• Apply restocking fees where appropriate

• Reject items that have been fitted, used, or damaged

9. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We may require photographic evidence.

Faulty goods will be assessed and replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Loss of business

• Downtime

• Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
